At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool Solgläntan in Kungälv municipality. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a preschool teacher

• It is strongly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.

• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to organizational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.

• You have good knowledge of Office365

Our preschool is located close to nature and forest. We have walking distance to Kärna bus station, where there are regular connections to both Ytterby station and Kungälv travel center. Some lines to and from Gothenburg also stop at that bus stop.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: permanent, we apply a 6-month probationary period

Extent: 100%

Working hours: 6-18, there may be meetings in the evening

Start date: upon agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
